ANIG WM. offers experience, flexibility, and customisation in a compliant manner

All key members of our leadership team have consulted on large scale complex remediation projects.

In 2015 ASIC launched the fees-for-no-service project and reviewed AFS licensees that are product issues or provided personal advice to retail clients and associated with most of the majors in the industry. As at 31 December 2020, ASIC reported in its media release on Tuesday 12 February 2021 that six of Australia’s largest banking and financial services institutions paid or offered a total of $1.24 billion in compensation to customers who suffered loss or detriment because of non-compliant advice or fees for no service misconduct.

We have reviewed multiple advice businesses and licensees and understand the importance of the fee-for-no-service project and how to better guide our Advisers in meeting their obligations. We focus on what matters and our objective is to play a pivotal role in all aspects of your growth. A better, more simpler way to execute smart disciplines and also stay relevant is to help you understand how to better take care of you and your clients whilst we take care of your compliance and ongoing development.
